My fianc and I took a peacoat he had into the Men's Warehouse on University and Atlantic to get tailored, when we picked it up, it didn't look like they did much. While speaking with my fianc the store manager and a sales rep chimed in saying that the tailor took it in as much as he could without making the armholes to tight. Which ok, I'm not a tailor I will take your word. But when the Sales rep adds his two cents saying how it's not suppose to fit like a suite and he's going to wear a suite under it and continues on, talking down to me as I don't know how a jacket works, that's when you're in the wrong. And then you tell me we are lucky you did this for us! We paid you, we're not the lucky ones! There are a ton of tailors on this area! You don't know what the jacket is for, and what he is going to wear under it. I do and I know that he could fit a full suite and myself in several layers under that jacket. You don't talk down to customers as if you know them. I will not be returning to this store for my son's suite this weekend as we planned.
