Luis, the Store Manager, deserves a 10 review! He & his staff are so friendly & helpful. Knowing exactly what to suggest when "gift giving" I have rarely had a CSR ask questions regarding lifestyle, comfort, career about my gift recipient. Store is SPOTLESS, easy to shop, properly set up...but the difference in basic menswear is ALWAYS one on one assistance. If you are looking for that type of CS in a value & quality driven retailer, please shop Men's Warehouse on North Dale Mabry Hwy in Tampa, visit Luis & his well trained Team. You will not be disappointed!

Luis Lugo a true craftsman of his trade. You need a suit...For-get-about-it Luis is your guy. He has 25 years fitting suits and all of the charisma too. A Hoboken, NJ native an trained by Mr. Zimmerman himself you will not find a better man in Tampa Bay to fit your suit. One visit for me is all it took and I will never go anywhere else. But be kind and patient, cause if you don't he will let you know. He truly is one of the good ones of a dying breed that know his craft. N. Dale Mabry is where he's at but don't wait.
Thanks Luis for fitting me and my boys for my wedding. You are a good man and even better tailor. Grazie my friend.

Luis Lugo the sales consultant at the Carrolwood Mens Warehouse is an exemplary example of customer service and product knowledge. From my observations of Luis with other customers I find that he is one of those rare people who naturally enjoys people and provides everyone with the same courteous, friendly and outgoing personality. Luis helped me design a sport jacket and made excellent recommendations. I just picked up my jacket and it is a work of art. Thank you Luis!!

Great experience. The staff were timely and efficient. Luis was nice to work with. He has a good sense of humor, is knowledgeable about his store and products, and cares about your needs. I will be returning to this store.
