Condo Management Alternative

Very unorganized and extremely unprofessional staff.

Acts like they are slumlords. They take forever to fix anything on your condo, hire suspect contractors and have no one following up to inspect repairs. My roof was repaired. However, the facia is rotten and was not replaced. The roofers left large holes in the facia for rodents to get in. I reported it to the HOA who said they would follow up with the roofer. The roofers are here doing other repairs but somehow they are unaware that my roof wasnt done correctly.

THE WORST. I can not explain how unhelpful and unkind this people are. Sandra definitely ruined my day with her lack of kindness and professionalism.

Horrible management company. Do not hire this company for management in your community. Just awful.

I have been dealing with this company for a frw years as a member of my board of directors. CMA was sold to new people about 2 years ago and I can no longer recommend them. Coincidentally all of their amazing employees have left. The new staff here is very difficult and is unprofessional. They are impersonal and unfriendly.
