      image I was not warned about hoa price increases and then get charged hoa late fees on payments because i was not warned of the price increase. On top of this trying to get a clear explanation on how much i owe has been extremely difficult when it comes to communication, you have to send more than one email to get a response and they dont clearly explain anything when you ask for a breakdown on the payments.
