My first experience was that my son took his brand new $800 phone that he had purchased from that store the lady representative that was working in there broke his glass screen protector and was very rude and telling him that she wasn't going to replace it it wasn't her problem. So she broke a $50 glass screen protector and offered no sympathy and she was the one that broke it and did not offer to replace it. My experience I took my new phone in there to switch it with my old phone and from the time I walked in this latina service representative she did not say hello she was extremely rude she stayed looking down at her phone as I stood at the counter in front of her and finished texting whoever it was she was texting before she said anything to me she had extremely long acrylic nails which made her fumble around and not be able to pick up the phone correctly and was slamming around my phone parts as she took my phone apart. These two experiences have made me not want to go in that store for any type of service and I'm considering going with a whole different carrier for my cell phone service she should be fired at the very least retrained. She has extremely poor customer service skills and a very nasty personality she should not be working with the public
