I brought in my IPad mini for repair due to a cracked screen and Brian went over the details such as price and time for pick up and the process was so smooth. I will definitely be bringing in more devices for repair. What a nice team in the Clermont, Florida location

I had a terrible experience at this phone repair shop. I dropped off my phone at 11:30 this morning and was promised a screen replacement within 2 hours. Despite knowing that it typically takes about 1 hour, I was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt. However, I ended up waiting for over 4 hours, only to be met with excuses and delays from the manager.
The manager attempted to blame Samsung for the delay, which I knew was not true based on my years of experience in telecommunications. He then promised to expedite the process with an exception request, but it was clear to me that they had not even started the repair until I expressed my frustration.
What should have taken less than 2 hours ended up taking 5 hours of my time. During my wait, I witnessed another customer returning for the third time that day, having been given a phone with additional damage caused by the shop. Additionally, I observed three other customers encountering issues with their repairs, including devices not being ready, repairs not being completed, or additional damage being inflicted.
I strongly advise against using this location for any repairs. The incompetence and lack of professionalism displayed by the staff make it a place to avoid at all costs!
Now I can't talk on my phone unless it's on speaker which was not an issue before bringing it in.
Update: The manager, Brian reached out to me to make things right. I retunred to the store the next day and they were able to repair the speaker issue within the hour and gave me a free liquid screen protector at no additonal cost.

Brian was amazing in helping me fix my cracked apple computer screen! I wanted an orginal apple screen which wasn't it. I was told it would take 5 to 7 days to come in but it came early and I was able to to pick up in only 2 days!! Definitely would recommend ubreakifix Clermont Fl!!
