I went to the location 481 N Federal Hwy, Boca Raton, FL 33432 on saturday to have my creaked camera repaired i thought it was so nice that the job was done and the guy actually put a sceen protector on the front of my phone for free i noitced today that there is now a crack on the front on my screen that was not there when i took it in i tried very nicely to call ther where the owner is beyond rude and would not let me get a word in and ask him how he could accuse me of braking my phone if it had a screen protector he has since been harassing me and wont stop calling me i would tell anyone who reads this to never go this store the most unprofessional person and i will be reporting him to the BBB the $88 dollars i spent there is not worth dealing w him i will now make sure i let every person i know how horrible this local store is and would tell evryone avoid this store at all cost This store deserves less than ZERO STARS

I hate to write bad reviews but I have never been so dissatisfied with a service in my life. Came in to fix my MacBook Pro screen. I pick my computer up and the LED is still messed up AND my camera is not working. At first he told me to leave it.. after spending almost $400. I told him I wasnt okay with that- he says he will order another screen and make it right. He says the other screen came in but the camera is still not working. I go pick up my computer and its the same exact screen as before, LED still messed up exactly the same and my camera still doesnt work. Makes me wonder if he ever ordered a new screen to begin with. Forget zoom meetings or FaceTime calls on my computer. What a waste of money. Also he said he would reach out next week if he could get a new part but never did. Hes ordering these parts for dirt cheap off ebay then throwing it on your expensive computer, ruining the value of it. Do yourself a favor and take your apple products to apple, even for a little extra money.
