I am discouraged with this company. We had a change in staff so the invoice was overlooked while I was on vacation. This wasn't a 90 day past due invoice. It was only one month past due. I sent an email saying the check is on it's way and asking if they were going to cancel our account, if I should start looking for a new company. I received the rudest email in response. Maybe Lorena is just having a bad day, but I wonder what happened to the days when customers were important. We've been doing business with this company for some time...I can't get anyone on the telephone so I just don't know what to do at this point. Are they dropping us or not?? If Lorena was upset with us she could have picked up the telephone. I suppose those courtesies are long gone.
