Your not the IRS or a bank, the right thing to do would be refund all the customers you cant service, not continue to hold payment and without any communication to said customer base.

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER !! I can Not say enough NICE things about the Owner of this Company !! He is Honest, kind and Very Accommodating! He goes Above and beyond and I really appreciate that in a Company!
Did I mention how cute the Dumpsters are !! I will definitely use Skips Again !!
