1st this review is not for the men on the truck!! They have ALWAYS been great!!  This review is on the company....we live in clearwater FL service pickup is mon/Thurs with weds recycle....recycle ALWAYS shows up....the regular garbage pickup is hit or miss....They reschedule and either send us a message mid day or we hear nothing at all...we live in florida it's 90+ daily and you have us leave our garbage out for days at a time without notifying us?  Then I call to cancel because they are habitually late and non-communitive I get told that I am paid until November they can cancel it then...you don't even show up when you say you are?  After telling them I want a refund for Sept Oct Nov she say ok but there's a 75.00 fee for us to come pick up our containers.  My response was: I am cancelling because you are not providing me the service you said you would I am not paying 75.00 for you to come get YOUR containers especially when you don't show up on time!!! So today is my pickup (thursday) and I was told they would come pick up the containers and I would be refunded...and of course today they rescheduled for tomorrow 🤦🏽‍♀️ Service: House/garage cleanout
