I called Jason with Bulldog Plumbing on Sunday evening after calling several other businesses that were either closed or not available. When I called I explained how I had mistakenly broken a pipe on my bathtub faucet valve. I was attempting to replace the seats and springs but the calcification was so bad I ended up doing more harm than good. Thankfully I already had the water shutoff so there was no water damage. Jason asked me to send him a few photos and a video so that he could give me a proper estimate — considering it was Sunday evening which most consider family time I was greatful for his time. He explained in short what needed to be done and estimate of cost and I respectfully told him I wanted to do a little research before committing and he was totally fine with that. The next day a technician from one of the “big” companies in town came over first thing in the morning (I had made this appointment prior) to look at it and quoted me almost triple of what Bulldog Plumbing quoted me!! Triple?!? I was shocked to say the least. To top that off they make you pay an appointment few if you decide to not get the service — it’s like they try to bully you into using them. So, I declined their service and called Jason back and he made time in his day to stop by and see the disaster I made in person and he stuck to his quote and then explained to me how they’re we’re going to perform the repair and what to expect. He got us scheduled in first thing the next morning. I went to Home Depot as Jason instructed me(my preference) to do and I bought a new trim kit with the valve that I needed. The next morning a gentleman named Tony showed up to do the work and was super polite and friendly, he re-explained the process and got to work. The finished project looks perfect and the level of customer service is superb. The entire process and business transaction from start to finish was incredibly professional, easy, friendly, and just all around good business. They’ve earned a customer for life if I need anything plumbing related and I will definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Jason and his team came in and gave us an itemized estimate and he stuck to it the entire time. It was a pleasure to work with Bulldog Plumbing. We have also used them twice and it was the same great service.
