So Clearwater Gas is parked in front of my house, I don’t have gas service!
After a while I go out to the truck, license plate XF 3980 ID G4441 and wait.
The person doesn’t turn his head and just ignores me.
I phone the company, they say he is checking gas lines.
What lines in front of my house, I have NO GAS!
We’ve had burglaries lately, this doesn’t add up!

So they have my money and didnt turn my service on because the guy they sent dont check broken pipes and wont help to check the inside of the house. So u turn on gas without checking for leaks in a 1968 home? Im so disgusted already.

We Worked with the for 2.5 years. I’ve nothing but good things to say about their employees and their facilities. Keep it up Clearwater Gas.

If I could give zero stars I would. We bought a new home and it came with a gas stove. Clearwater has system was our only option. The First Lady we spoke to was great but the time frame for activation... I kid you not... is 8:30 am to 3:30 pm!!! They don’t work weekends and the 2 customer service representatives we talked to afterwards were unhelpful to say the least. We missed the tech and they wanted to charge $150 to get the tech back same day claiming it was an “after hours” call though they close at 4. The WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE OVE EVER HAD WITH A COMPANY. At one point I really thought I was being pranked
