Suburban Propane

We have been working with Suburban for more than 8 years. We have used a few other suppliers but have found them to be fair and reasonable. I recently had to speak with them about a bill question and was able to get a live person on the phone quickly and was able to request to speak to a manger to explain and resolve the question. I would recommend working with them!

Had a propane leak and Suburban Propane responded instantly. The Technician, Chris was amazing and addressed all the issues. We had to replace two regulators and 2 shut-off valves. The Delivery driver was also good and customer focused. Great company!

If you are considering using this company for propane, don't walk, run away. Their prices have almost doubled over the past 3 years from 4 dollars a gallon to now almost 8. Every other commodity has gone up, down, up over the years. Even propane at places like Uhaul and Lowes. But nowhere as it never ever went down a single penny. They are really making bank on the people that have to have the propane. For Now. Suburban Propane has singlehandedly convinced me that I was wrong when I thought propane would cost that much more than electric heat and water heater. Price gougers extraordinaire.
