My first time there, the front desk staff are very pleasant. Ana at X-rays fabulous. What can I say about Dr Lopez? He made me feel like family. I'm new in the neighborhood, and I found my go to dental office. I will be back on Friday for my cleaning... Can't wait!!!

I do not recommend that place at all. When I went there, instead of a deep cleaning paid by my insurance, they gave another quote for another deep cleaning without any explanation and of course, that cleaning costed $400 more than the amount the insurance paid. They did the exact same thing with my husband, they gave him a quote without any explanation and told him oh you have to pay an extra $500. Without telling him that the extra will not be paid at all from the insurance. I called them twice and the front desk lady was very unprofessional and upset by my call. She said that the office manager was sick and will call me back. She never called me back, she only called back my husband with a very bad excuses about the quote. She called him the day of the appointment (how convenient). She did not have the decency and professionalism to call me back regarding my complaint. At least returning my call. This is clear from other feedbacks that they are looking to make money with your insurance and additionally with you. Also, the time I went there, I had to wait more than 30 min on the chair facing the windows with the sun on my face as the dentist was working on several patients at the same time the cabinet is very small and you are next to the other patients, there is no privacy at all and everyone can hear everything they tell you. I agree with the other feedbacks, not a honest and professional place.
