Had the absolute worst experiences with the customer service line. After 5+ hours trying to get my issues resolved and getting the rum around and lied to I finally said screw it. Went in to the store to see what they could do for me. Katherine F and Steve D were absolutely fantastic in getting all my issues situated and even dealing with the customer service reps for me to handle all the issues I had going on. After an extremely stressful 2 days they were able to resolve just about everything

I went into this t-mobile and a young man named Stephen helped me out was very patient with me when I was asking some questions about my phone and he was very clear with explaining what he did for me. The bottom line is that he is a credit to the company and I appreciate the fact that he's an employee here.

Customer service was friendly, just unable to get my purchase done because they couldn't connect to Sprint. I had to go to another store to get the mission accomplished.

Today is the 3rd day in a row, and 6 total hours trying to get my data gotten from my broken Samsung. Glass is broken. At least 5 people told me there was nothing they could do because the screen didn't work. Well, they are all rather uneducated. Lacynda from the 5397 east bay drive simply plugged in a MOUSE and did everything from that. She was absolutely amazing at her job.
