    Wish I had read others first... NEVER go here! BENJAMIN did not even want to speak to us "well you don't need management" after we waited, so his answers were short and RUDE, he has no business in a service job.

    BELIEVE THE REVIEWS.... I read the poor reviews and tried to give this store a chance anyway. I called to ask a few questions as to not waste my time driving out there if the item wasn't in stock, etc..... no answer, no answer, no answer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Drove 40 minutes to get there and they couldn't help me because I'm from out of state / credit app/ etc. This could have saved me an 80 minute drive if someone would have just answered the phone. I got there and they weren't busy, sales associates just shooting the breeze. Why no one answers the phone at a business is beyond me, and needless to say I will not be returning. 1 star because it's the minimum, at least they have a listed phone number.

    I would have a review to write if they would actually answer the phone...after 14 tries all I got were automated messages such as: "The party you are trying to reach is unavailable," "This subscriber's mailbox is full," or "Please try your call again later." Not worth the hassle when there is an actual apple store not to far from this one...I guess all the reviews about the poor or non-existent costumer service are accurate.

    My husband bought me an Apple Watch for Christmas and when I went to return it I found out that they charge restocking fees. When I asked they said "it's on the back of your receipt". While any store can have whatever policies they want, nowadays it is so unusual to have restocking fees (none at Best Buy, target, Apple) that I feel they should be more forthcoming about their policies. However, if they were, people probably wouldn't purchase there. Why would you if you can get the same price with no penalty if you have to return at almost every other store. Will not be back.
