We bought a Pursuit DC295 at Quality Boats working with Michelle Steeves. The whole team and particularly Michelle was fantastic during the whole process - from first visit to the show room to delivery and post delivery support. They managed the challenging supply chain environment really well. Highly recommend and we will be working with Michelle again when we buy our next boat

Annette and I are so happy to be part of the Quality Boats family with the purchase of our 2022 Grady White Freedom 235. Our sales advisor, Michelle Steeves, was awesome in guiding us to make the best decision for the purchase of our new boat. I was thinking I wanted a center console for fishing, but I knew we would also want to do some cruising, so we needed a boat to have comfortable seating for Annette, guests, and our grandkids. Michelle offered that Grady White had a great fishing/family friendly boat that we could look at that was right next to the center console we were on. We hopped over to the Freedom 235 and Michelle started pointing out all the great options the boat had. For fishing, it had a live bait well, two fish boxes, rod holders, plenty of room for fishing in the front and back, and space on the helm for all the electronics I wanted. For cruising, the dual console concept won Annette over right away. The passenger seat is wide and comfortable and with a push of a button a recliner comes out in the back! There was also seating in the bow with cushions. Push another button and a sunshade covers the back of the boat, and when you include the cockpit top a lot of the boat is covered to get out of the sun. A nice size head and more storage on the starboard side makes this a very user-friendly boat that truly has something for everyone. The purchase process was very smooth. Since there was not a Freedom 235 in stock so we got to order a boat with all the options we wanted. Michelle had us go down a list of what was available and select what we wanted. When we had questions, she knew most of the answers. When she didnt know, she didnt hesitate to ask others at the dealership. If they didnt know, a call was made to the factory. All the pricing was up front so we could see what the options cost and adjust as needed. We took a break for lunch and came back, finalized the pricing, and got the order in. Michelle kept in contact with us, giving updates about when we were getting our build date. Our delivery date worked perfectly for us! A huge bonus for being a part of the Quality Boat family is their outstanding service department. They installed all the electronics, prepped the boat for delivery and had our delivery Captain take us out for a check ride. This Thanksgiving, we took out first cruise down to North Captiva Island. On the way down, we went the 109 miles offshore. It got a little bumpy at times, but the Grady White just cut thru the waves like a hot knife through butter and we never felt unsafe. We took the scenic route in the ICW on the way home which was very relaxing, and we saw some beautiful scenery along with some huge boats and homes. It was an awesome trip! Quality Boats made the experience of purchasing a boat incredibly easy and low stress. Everyone I worked with at Quality boats was professional and friendly. My sales rep Cody Long was exceptional. He was always available to answer my questions or to get back with me on something he didn't have the answer for. After we purchased the boat, he made time out of his schedule to take us out and show us all the ins and outs of our new boat. I am so impressed with Quality Boats that I will take the boat there to have it's yearly service done there as well.
