Suncoast Inflatable

purchased new Apex inflatable $5k+ from Suncoast in Jan 22. Not much local competition in Tampa area and it shows. Purchase experience unpleasant, take it or leave it, Suncoast owner told me If I dont sell it to you I can sell it to somebody else. Suncoast receptionist scolded me for showing up at my convenience instead of calling to schedule a pickup. I think they are more interested in selling the big $30k plus boats I saw than to small boat customers like me. First time in the water overnight discovered a water leak a couple inches deep sloshing around by the motor. Called Suncoast about warranty service; receptionist not sure if it has a warranty! apparently forgot about what Suncoast advertised, getting it back to Suncoast for warranty work is my problem, they are totally backed up, have to call Apex etc etc etc. I have a very bad feeling about my brand new $5k Apex inflatable boat. will update the Suncoast experience as it unfolds but hold little hope of Suncoast giving me what I paid for.

Great place to do business with. I delt with the owner for my purchase of a Highfeild UL 260, he was extremely knowledgeable and told me all the pros and cons of each tender we were considering so that I could make an educated decision on what was going to best fit our needs. With that being said we picked the 260 and she's a beast, 17.8 mph, with a 9.8 powering her with 2 people, plus she rides so smoothly though all conditions. We could not be happier thank you Suncoast for great service and a great product.

I've been working with Suncoast Inflatables for years, the staff is amazing, quick to reply to my questions. Brad is very knowledgeable about the products he's selling, he knows most everything about yacht tenders, he is the guy to go to ! He has been very easy to work with, I can't say enough about how great this company is !
