Great company, will do whatever it takes to make the customer happy!
So below you will see my original post of the experience I had, being a person that works in a similar industry I understand mistakes happen.
I was contacted by a sales manager from the company I will keep his name private and he went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and that the mistake is taken care of which I appreciate greatly. This is what a great company is about. Covid has been hard on everyone from every aspect and certain things can not be controlled. But the companies determination to reach out to a not so happy customer and win that business back speaks volumes.
Original post: Horrible customer services, ordered snow Camo April 2020, 8 week turn around time because of covid and lack of employees. Ok understandable finally got the product after a few months and its just solid black. Mistakes happen I can understand that. Called customer service twice and told the guy on the phone the issue and he verified that I ordered snow Camo and even asked for me to email a picture of what I received. Once verified he said he will talk to his guy in Florida and get the correct color sent right away. Its now almost 2022 and I have not even seen or heard from them.

Very disappointed with this company.
They sent sheets with defects twice. The second time, on top of having a scratch, the color didnt even match.
Their customer service is terrible, especially the one Cesar gives.
I gave them a couple of weeks to see if they would reach out & send good quality sheets of the same color I ordered, but nothing happened, so I decided to share my experience with the rest of the community.
I will never buy again, and will always recommend my friends to stay away from Hydro Turf.
