RE/MAX of the Islands

What was supposed to be our first family vacation to the ocean, was ruined by this office. Notified of a double booking situation less than 12 hrs. before boarding a plane, with 5 children under the age of 6, left us COMPLETELY blindsided. What I found particularly frustrating, and rather shocking was the ReMax "solution": refund us, or put us up in a house of lesser quality than I paid with no price adjustment. Their utter lack of acknowledgement for their mistake coupled with zero apology, leaves me to believe this situation occurs often enough. I encourage you to not use this office as their 'bedside manner' was terrible, disrespectful, and irresponsible.
