I was stranded getting a cup of coffee. Car wouldn’t start. Called roadside (who was also amazing). They jumped my car. Drive over to autozone and Sam couldn’t have been any nicer and professional. Turns out I had a bad battery (bought car a month ago) and he showed me on the battery tester so I didn’t feel like I was getting taken advantage of. Sam showed me my options with the new battery and answered every question. Within 10 minutes, I drove up scared to turn my car off and drove out with no worries. Autozone is lucky to have a guy like Sam!! THANK YOU SAM!!!

We went tonight to buy a new battery because they would help me put the new battery in my car, at least that is what they advertised. Once in there the guy (Sean B) told my husband that they don’t do it after dark. When my husband told him that they have a good light outside, the guy said that they do not change batteries in my kind of car-Hyundai Tucson-because it takes over an hour. I took my husband-with all his back problems and limited mobility- 15 minutes to change it. I guess thank you for nothing?
