Waited for 15 mins while parts associate was on phone, never looked up , acknowledged or said "be right with you" some other random female employee decided to lecture my children about a picture in the parts dept that there are 2 chairs up against, maybe dont put chairs up against it if it's "very expensive" walked out and heading to Victory Layne Chevy for my parts.

Recently visited Roger dean used cars. Looking for a car with my grandson. Found a car he liked went in to negotiate and told them he could not afford a payment over $250.00 per month. Went on Saturday,Monday they said they would work with us. Gave a price of $275.00 a month which we told them for the 10th time he could only afford $250 then they said in the$260s again couldnt afford that so we walked out and were ready to leave sales manger came out and said lets try to make a deal. We agreed. Said come back Tuesday which we did. Still didnt give a difinetive price in which I again asked how much. Our sales person Dennis OHara me in a condescending tone dont worry will be around where you want to be. Try to have my grandson to sign papers which I told my grandson not to. Again Dennis tells me dont worry in which I became very irritated. I sai to him would you buy something at the store if you didnt know the price. Finally took us into finance office where he proceeded to tell us the price was $282.00 per month. They are a bunch of liars and I wouldnt ever buy a car or recommend them. Stay clear . Very unprofessional I have bought numerous cars and trucks and was never treated this way. It was and eye opener for my grandson.
