Gold Standard Garage Doors and More

I can not express how much I love Gold Standard. I have used them three times now. Communication and responsiveness is second to none. Each time I've had Kris stop by. He goes above and beyond to not only fix my problem, but always makes sure my door is adjusted properly and fully lubricated. I always feel as though he has my (the customer) best interest in mind rather than what he "could" do to increase the bill. I wish I could just call Gold Standard whenever I had a problem with anything! Thank you Kris and John.

Kris fixed my issue quickly and made sure I understood everything. I called a few companies who either didn't answer or call back but Gold Standard was available when I called and was super friendly. I'll recommend them to anyone!

My moms garage wouldn’t open anymore and we needed someone to come out ASAP, I called them on Friday, booked an estimate for Saturday. they came Saturday gave us an estimate. Today is Tuesday and it’s all done. She has her garage back . The nicest company, they were quick. Definitely recommend and would use them again n again! Thank you!

I am super pleased with my experience with Gold Standard Garage Doors. I first called them, because my garage door didn't work since the day I bought the house. John came out and diagnosed the reason (no power to it), and didn't charge me for the call. Two years later I called him back out because my garage door started making a loud noise when it got to the top. John, again, told me how I could fix it myself, and was willing to leave without charging for a service call, again! Instead, I asked how much it would cost for a new unit. I was very surprised how affordable it was to put in a nice new garage door. He explained my options and I decided to go with a LiftMaster. Surprisingly, he had one in stock, and was available to install it 2 days later... on Christmas Eve! John communicated with me each step of the way to confirm our appointments. One of the most professional service companies I've dealt with. My favorite part of the experience was when he told me to enter my code into the outdoor access panel to shut the garage door. It was so quiet that I didn't hear it running. My jaw literally dropped in shock - and we even got a chain driven unit as he recommended due to the heat in Florida that wears the belts out. Guys, don't bother calling anyone else. Gold Standard has the best service at an awesome price. I can't tell you if they're cheaper that the others, because I didn't even bother checking around, because of my first experience with them on the first service call.
