Called Prestige today to get some help with my garage door not opening. Rob called me back right away and was able to help me trouble shoot to get it working properly again. Thanks again for the quick and efficient service.

I called another garage repair company and talked to the technician and explained what troubleshooting I had done. What lights were on and not. They said it would be 75 for the service call and then another 185 for new sensors. I called these folks and explained to the very friendly technician on the phone all I did to troubleshooting I did like the first companyC and technician told me my sensors seem fine and took the time on the phone to walk me thru a few other steps to align my sensors to save me the service charge if it was a simple fix. He was able to help me align my sensor over the phone. It saved me having a tech come out. He was very kind and helpful. Im grateful for businesses like this and people willing to help despite trying to make an unnecessary repair. If I have a repair in or replacement / I am calling these folks. Good people!

Amazing service! Let me know the price before he got started and serviced it same visit. Quick, efficient, and kind. I was concerned that our garage couldnt be fixed because it was a very very old garage with a heavy door but he was able to fix it! Highly recommend!!
