Delivery was late and missing multiple items. Now no one will answer the phone. Terrible customer service. Plus was charged 7.95 for delivery for missing items that I was charged for. This was for an order placed 24 hrs in advance!

I usually go there very early in the morning as Im in the RV park close by. There is usually a very nice young man there. Today I went and two Spanish men were screaming at each other in the back. They knew I was standing there. Very unprofessional! Donuts not like DD but ok.

Needed 6 dozen donuts for a business event so we called a couple of days in advance. On the morning of pickup, the donuts were not ready and no one knew anything about the order. I asked to speak to a manager and the employee working the register called a gentleman from the back who he said was the owner. The owner never talked to me....only the person working the register and I couldn't understand anything the owner actually said. Unfortunately they didn't seem concerned at all about not having our order. They don't seem to have their act together and didn't seem to care about the inconvenience they caused me and our business. It was probably one of the strangest interactions I've ever had with a business. I unfortunately will not use them again for any future events and certainly wouldn't recommend them.
