The worst service ever! No one acknowledged me. Waited for 10 minutes and nothing. They had at least 6 workers. I stood at the counter for 8 minutes without one saying one word to me. I finally asked someone to help and they went and did other stuff before finally competing my order that I ordered on the app. Ridiculous. I'm done with this location.

THIS REVEIW IS FOR THE 64 W LOCATION Last night we got to the restaurant to buy donuts to go at around 7:40 pm and doors were locked already, we saw an employee thru the glass and asked her to open, she pointed at her watch, then I walked up to the drive thru window, I was ignored, we then drove thru the drive thru, said hello to the ordering microphone and a rude man said wait... we did and he said we only have iced coffee, I asked we wanted to buy donuts, he says we don't have any, we run out. This is not the first time this place closes earlier than what is clearly announced as the closing time, it's 3 times already, someone should look into this.
