STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE. The worst customer service ever. I wish I could give 0 stars. Opened a new business account and upgraded our phones and still the store manager (Chad) was a totally disrespectful person. He doesnt even bother to look at the account and talks to customers looking at other directions and in a manner as if his job were disgusting for him. He was misleading and added three free IPads to the account that I never asked for and when I returned them he treated us like garbage. This guy should be fired immediately if T-Mobile really cares for their customers.

Try another store, but if you have to go here call ahead to check and see if they're actually open. Sign on door and website said they were open until 8, but door was locked and two employees were roaming inside the store. Called and was told they closed at 6 because there were only three employees working.

If I could give 0 stars I would because I cant express how horrible this store is and how bad T-Mobile Customer Service is! I would rather not have cell service than have to pay them a dime! They are thieves and completely useless! GARBAGE!
