AT&T Store

I realize that there was just 1 person on duty and there were 2 people behind me but I felt she was a little rude. I was buying a new phone and was in Florida not Pennsylvania, where I live, and not sure of the zip code where I was staying. She said she would look it up on her phone...when I asked if she would give me the zip, she said "you could look it up on your phone too" but never gave me the zip that she just looked up.

Unprofessional employee pushing liberal viewpoints of politics and LGBTQ in front of families. Here is my story Was from out of town and needed help, came on the 2nd of July and there was only one employee. Through her talking out loud she made it clear her liberal and political mindset while complaining about the benching of the USA soccer team player who protested. When i did not share her viewpoints she very poorly held back her nasty facial expressions and comments towards me. After being forced to call customer service myself because she would not help I was transferred to a call center with an employee who was very hard to understand. I asked to be transferred to an American as I have had issues in the past with bills being messed up due to language barrier. When I asked to speak to an American she scoffed and made a big scene! This all in front of my 14 yr old child. This employee was upset from the beginning having to get up from her phone and actually work, she needs to learn that there are many different people in the world and they have different viewpoints. However if you don't bring up politics into a conversation you would probably never know which way I lean, but when you bring it up, don't freak out if I do not agree with your viewpoints of which you requested. SO needless to say we got into it and I was not helped and ended up switching to another carrier. FYI
