Horrible I spoke to Jason several times and booked my move. He was sending two guys and a large truck. I was moving a two bedroom two bath apartment. I paid for a large truck and two movers. My move was supposed to be packed and delivered in 2 hours. It was a 2-hour job. On moving day, he showed up an hour and a half late by himself. He said that the other mover was coming in a few minutes.He didn't bring a big truck, he brought a small box truck. We got in a huge argument, I told him that I paid for a two bedroom two bathroom move, large truck and two movers for a 2-hour move. He argued that I did not. And I had it all written down. He said if I didn't like the current situation that he would just leave. Well obviously that wasn't going to work. I told him that my furniture would not be able to fit into that small truck and he said he would make two trips if it was necessary. He moved my entire apartment by himself. I don't think another mover was ever coming. I told him I was calling Jason. Apparently I figured out afterwards that HE WAS Jason. He filled up the truck with my living room furniture, dining room furniture and part of the kitchen and that took half a day. When he was almost filling up the truck, I drove to my new apartment. And waited for him to deliver the furniture. He delivered it and tried to dump it all in my dining room which is right by the front door. I told him that each piece needs to go in the room it belongs in the boxes are all labeled. He was not happy. He banged up walls, dented furniture and then left for the second load. Within 2 hours, he was back with two other guys but they were obviously not movers. They helped him and they were super nice. Before he unloaded the truck with the second load, he wanted more money or he was going to keep my stuff. So I had to give him more money. The next day I had to go to my old apartment to vacuum and clean it up . He left a bunch of stuff after I specifically asked him if he got everything. This guy rips people off. I'm a single female and disabled. He completely took advantage of me. Don't believe the good reviews. Most likely they are his friends.

We hired Grace and Mercy to make our move on September 26,2022. The schedule arrived time was scheduled for 9:00am. Showed up at 12:00 mid day. ( bad sign ). Immediately at arrival Jason the head man tells me that a second truck will be helping out in which it never arrived. It’s was a lie. He arrived with 2 other guys and totally un prepared with no protection for our furniture with the exception of shrink wrap. During the move LOTS of my furniture was damaged..!! After the move was completed I informed him immediately about the damages to my personal belongings. Chipped master bed furniture.. broken vases. ( marked frágil ) damaged Liqour cabinet, torn BBQ covers.. he has ignore my messages to take care of the damaged items mentioned. Don’t let the name fool you Grace and Mercy. Absolutely UNPROFESSIONAL.!

Jason and Ashlee were superb! They helped us de-clutter and organize our garage. On time, honest pricing and very responsive along the way. I would highly recommend Grace and Mercy Moving services. They are the BEST!

Can’t say enough good things about this company. Called them at 8:30 the night before my move desperate since my mover had canceled on me 3 hours before. Within a few hours Ashley had found me 2 guys to be at my apt at 8 AM the next day. Jason and his helper did an amazing job. Efficient, careful and so friendly . I have never seen guys move so quickly when getting paid by the hour. They absolutely saved the day and I would absolutely use them again

On time, professional, very efficient, hard working, PRICING WAS INCREDIBLE.. Half the price of the big companies… Super happy with my move, they made it very easy for me and stress free. So glad I got this referral from a friend….. Appreciate y’all man..
