Don’t book a move with these people. They’re not responsive and unprofessional. They will take your money and never answer the phone. They took $1,250 from us and never answer the phone. It’s a fraud.

This company promises you the world and the. When they get paid you wind up in hell about 7 months I hired them to ship a household of furniture that I was giving to my granddaughter as I sold my townhouse in lasvegas they told me it would be there in 5 to 10 business days. After 7 or 8 weeks of us calling them every day it finally showed up. All the legs from the2500 dollar table, the cushions from the couch,the glass from the end tables and many more items were missing. We called them many times but the missing furniture is gone for good. This company is very bad to do business with

Four paws moving handed me over to the worst movers I would have ever imagined. The men were rude and unthruthful, things were broken which I already knew because going down my steps I can imagine it sounded like he’s never done that before, things stuck in New Jersey for weeks, when I received my order it was 400 cubic feet and I was charged 800 cubic feet. OVERCHARGED 3000. Moving forward express is now ignoring me after they offered to potentially refund only $400!!!?? Not to mention when I had all of these concerns and afraid my young family weren’t going to get our things, four paws moving kept failing to figure out where our things were or to call dispatcher until the very end, failed to call me back numerous times I’m not too sure I talked to the same person twice other than in the beginning. Updating this later with more details but wanted to get my one star out there. I couldn’t of had a worse moving experience and with military, we’ve moved many times over the last 5 years.
