Suncoast electric and air installed two air-conditioning units in my house. I called their company On Thursday june 25th for service because a unit wasn't working (For the sixth time since they have installed it) It also has a five year warranty on it. Even though I am extremely unhappy with this company I do not have the funds to go elsewhere, so I decided to call them and use the warranty. They refused to come fix my air conditioner, they hung up on me and would not return my phone calls. My children (5 and 6) slept in a house that was 90 And woke up covered in sweat. The horrible human being Brent who is the owner of the company reached out to my husband and told him he will not be coming to my house since I filed a police report on his company. His workers stole $10,000 of jewelry that was passed down through generations in my family, soul every prescription they can get their hands on. Again the only reason i called them is because i was desperate and I cannot afford to have any other company come here. since he is holding $30,000 in unused insurance money of ours that we signed over to him (under contract) he personally should've been to hear himself fixing it. Not only are we under contract and he has $30,000, now he is not showing up to finish any job he started. Do not use this company you will end up in court and he will throw in your face that his wife is a lawyer so "go ahead and sue me because it does not cost me any money to go to court". Brent is truly A terrible human being who has done this to many other families. If you do your research and contact regulators in the industry you will find out he has many companies under many names and is constantly switching addresses and that in their words he is "hiding "from something. I have filed many complaints against his license

I am saving so much money on my Electric bill after these guys finished the install at my home. They took pride in their work and explained to me how to maintain my unit for it to last longer.

Great company who serviced my AC units for 4 years. Other companies couldn’t get it to work and Suncoast new there trouble shooting. After 14 years it finally failed, Suncoast gave me a great deal and my new unit is so much more efficient so my electric bill is $60 cheaper!
