My A/C mysteriously stopped working. I called Astro Air, and the gentleman on the phone was courteous and helpful. Christian, the tech quickly followed up with me and kept in touch with me to let me know when he'd be arriving. He had a full day scheduled that day, but made to my house in the evening. He was so courteous and helpful. I'm happy to say that my A/C is now working and I'm not sweating anymore! Thank you, Christian!!!! Service: AC repair

I am a Realtor and have worked with many companies in the past. This was hands down my best experience! From dispatcher to the EXPERT AC tech, this company was amazing. I called in late Friday afternoon and spoke with the dispatcher and had an expert at the property within an hour. Jason “Rooney” was beyond helpful and kind, despite having to crawl into the 120 degree attic! He helped with the ac but we still needed electrical work done to be fully functional. He called many places for over an hour and found someone to come out first thing the next morning (which was a Saturday)! Rooney was professional, fast, and went FAR above and beyond for me!!!
