Horrific customer service. I ordered a new ski jacket and ski pants during the thanksgiving sale promo. I am new to their products so I ordered with the understanding that items can be exchanged if the size chart is inaccurate/item doesn't fit. If the website did not in multiple places state returns and exchanges are both options then I would have just ordered the pants in both a xs and a small and returned the incorrect one later. When I received my order, the pants were far too small even though the size chart indicated i ordered the correct size. I went through the return process on the site and attempted to process an exchange. When the option wasn't there I reached out via email and phone to customer service for instructions on the exchange. Both said that they don't do exchanges and denied that the site ever lists it as an option (blatantly untrue). The first customer service rep "Melissa" answered the phone rudely and was cursing under her breath before even saying hi. She was completely incompetent and kept asking if I was ordering through amazon even though it was the company's direct customer service line. She then had to put me on hold for 5+ mins just to find the return policy. When I asked to speak to a supervisor he was equally unhelpful, sounded miserable and kept just saying yeah no we don't do that and that they also did not offer to price match on the replacement item. I loved the jacket I purchased that but at $850 for the jacket and $575 for ski pants, I expected significantly more competent customer service and I will now be returning both items. For a high end company charging $1400 for a ski outfit- Do better.

I would not order from the J Lindeberg website. They shipped me the incorrect size and they stated they would take a month to process the return and I could just buy the item again (hundred of dollars) . After the return is processed they stated the account will be credited the next billing cycle. I paid for 2 day delivery and would have to pay twice for the pants, and twice for the shipping in order to get the correct pair of jean. This could now take 90 days to get 1 pair of jeans. This is the least friendly customer service in handling their error I have ever seen.

Terrible customer service. When I called their rep kept calling me "bud" and refused to search for my correct name. I left my jacket to get tailored and I forgot to pick up a long time ago. I know a lot of time had passed, but I expect more help and compassion from a company I bought a thousand dollar blazer from. That rep should not be dealing with high end fashion customers, he should be a mechanic.

So when I lived in NYC it didn't take long for me to realize where all the trendy young bankers purchased most of their suits, ahh J.Lindeberg. I quickly became obsessed with the clothing as it is so business-by-day-hipster-by-night with their swanky suits and snug vests. I took quite a few of my friends there who were lacking on the style aspect (psssh, doctors) and they walked out of there looking like a million bucks (without spending that). Rico Suave? mmmmhmmm.I thanked my lucky stars that one opened in the Aventura mall so I could take my fashionista fiance there. He immediately fell in love with the clothes and purchased quite a bit as it was a sale. Now, don't get me wrong, the clothes are pretty pricy ($325 for a pair of jeans, $2,000 jacket's, don't be surprised) BUT they do have various prices based on the style and material. We found a pair of jeans a few days ago on sale for $140 but you are getting AMAZING quality jeans. These can't even compare to 7, lucky, true religion, etc...The jeans here are really made to last. The color doesn't fade when you wash them a few times and their polos/tee's/dress shirts? AMAZING. Seriously if you want great quality (not just spending a bunch of money for a brand name) then invest in some J.Lindeberg clothing (if you are a male as they only have menswear). You can find some tshirts relatively cheap and their huge J.Lindeberg belt with the big logo is $110. Not bad! Much cheaper than the $1,000+ Hermes belt that's for sure.Seriously, this is my favorite mens store BY FAR. Now, the aventura location is very different than the one in NYC as the one in NYC has far more suits and dress shirts yet the one in the aventura mall caters to a golfing clientele so half the store is strictly golf attire. Diego used to be our stylist there (so sad he left) as he was truly sent from the fashion gods.  I wanted to order a pair of jeans for my fiance and a polo and they did not have his jean size in stock. NOOO problem. He ordered it from their NYC store still with the discount and I picked it up in just a few days. He used to do anything that we asked and it's so hard to find that quality of service, especially in the aventura mall. The staff there now is so-so but definitely check this place out and don't hesitate to ask about sales!!!!!!
