        Their employees need customer service training. I called and spoke to their corporate customer service and was told a district manager would call me back. I typically like to give corporations the benefit of the doubt and try to handle things more privately but, after a wee and not hearing back from anyone, this particular store deserves a zero rating on service. They need to learn how to effectively (and kindly) communicate specific things to customers during this time; especially if they are handling things differently than others stores (e.g. Saks, Nordstrom, and evening Target...).
