Arcadia Chevrolet Buick

This place is literally a joke. The salesman, Ryan claimed to be honest and open with his customers, even going so far as to say he wouldnt try to convince a person to buy a car they wouldnt want- I guess I shouldve seen it as a lie in the first place, given the reputation of car salesmen. I drove over an hour, to see and purchase a car Ryan assured me was available up until the time I arrived. Upon arrival, Ryan went out his way to show me two cars that he knew were above my budget, and when I asked him if he still had the original car, he assured me he did, only to sit me down and tell me it had been taken by another dealership which was an additional hour added on to my original trip. Reluctantly, I drove the extra hour because I was really interested in this car and on the way there he let me know that it wasnt there anymore due to circumstances. I still arrived at the other place because I was already so close and didnt want to make a blank trip. When I asked the new salesman if he knew anything of the car, he let me know that they never even came to pick up the car in the first place and that it was somewhere again, in a new county being serviced because of engine issues. I dont understand why Ryan had to lie to me even up to the minute I got there. He knew this was the car I wanted yet tried to cover up the situation by trying to persuade me to buy another car without telling me about the situation until I asked. I wasted almost the better half of the day because of a lie. I will never give this business my time of day again.

Jesus made this process very easy he was very quick to answer all my questions and concerns and had arranged for me to get a ride to pick up my new 2007 2500 silverado 10/10 recommend working with Jesus and Daniel
