        Billy could care less about customers. All he does is deflect blame for his poor management of their fleet. The trucks are in terrible shape and not road worthy. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION.

        I was assisted on three separate days by staff at this location with choosing supplies for my move and also needing help picking up a truck (mobile pickup feature wasnt working for some reason). I wish I grabbed everyones names - especially the man who helped with my truck. They were all so nice and helpful and made the move much easier on my partner and I. Its been a while since Ive used U-Haul but I used to a lot and I would say this was the best experience Ive had. Thanks :)
