        Unfortunately, we had to cancel our reservations in March due to my husbands Multiple Myeloma diagnosis. The folks at Fran Mason exemplify old time customer service! Plenty of handholding along the cancellation path. You can bet that they have become our #1 go to for our future Anna Maria vacations!

        Five stars at least. We have been renting with the Fran Maxon Agency for almost 10 years. We were actually referred to Fran Maxon by another agency and were told they were probably the most established agency on Anna Maria Island. The properties they represent are some of the nicest and best maintained on the island. The staff have been friendly and helpful at every contact we've had. Stephanie and her team are the best.
