This vacation rental was a great place. Clean and spotless. Great location with easy access it had everything we needed. The house was spotless, well furnished thoughtfully, and extremely well equipped. The location is so peaceful just a block from the beach. I could tell that the owners really took time to make sure this was a great experience for any one staying in the home. The office staff from Duncan were always available, helpful, and very nice to deal with. I recommend this rental home and company. Will definitely planning another trip to this beautiful property. Wonderful experience! Spacious, comfortable home, with front and back patios. Well-equipped kitchen. Tons of beach stuff which we didnt get a chance to use because it was cold when we were there. Terrific location, only a couple blocks from the beach, and within easy walking distance of various restaurants. Quiet, away from the hustle and bustle. Great base to explore Anna Maria Island. Well be back!

AWESOME AGENT!!! . ********** 10 Stars out of 5 Lindsey truly is amazing! Cant praise her enough. She is on her game for sure. She is so dependable, knowledgeable & willing to go above & beyond her call of duty!! Every single time. I can honestly say that because she has handled 7 + real estate transactions to date! Love her like my daughter & have adopted her into our family. When your grand daughter says every single time she comes to visit us in Florida, when are going to see Lindsey & Bo ( her husband); that should tell you something! Kudos to Lindsey!!!

The best realtor on the island by far! Darcie was able to get my property sold in a difficult market within a very short time period. She guided me through the complex process of closing in a reduced time period which allow me to purchase the home of my dreams!
