Moving into The Rushmore was a breeze. Leasing staff has been nothing but helpful and accommodating, and the property is clean and comfortable.

i moved in in February, and since i been here, even through the application process, was professional and accommodating. The property manager and her staff, along with the cleaning and maintenance personnel have been really dope! I am happy to have made the choice to make The Rushmore my home in the city.

My experience with at the Rushmore has been incredible thus far. It is located in a quaint community with several dining options nearby. It feels very safe and homey. The building itself is absolutely beautiful!
Samantha is easy to work and communicate with. A huge plus comes with a great management team!

I love everything about living at the Rushmore and could not recommend it enough. This is mainly thanks to the amazing staff and the excellent location. The management team Sam and Keith are so dedicated to their jobs and do an exceptional job of quickly handling all problems and communicating efficiently. The building itself is brand new (built in 2020), modern, kept clean, the residents are overall quiet, and the appliances and features are new and high-quality. The penthouse lounge and rooftop are really nice. The neighborhood is safe and friendly with a lot to do and easy access to the rest of the city. The Rushmore is located within walking distance (less than 10 minutes) to grocery stores, metro stops, and amazing restaurants. Overall, The Rushmore is an amazing place to live in DC! Thank you so much Sam for everything!
