I told Niya not to stop sending me emails or calls bcs she lies too much that’s she can be communicating with my coapplicant which she told her to tell me to come in to sign some paper work.. I was there today by 9.52am,I didn’t leave until 11am without been attended to..she and her colleague make me sat down there after the other applicant told her to attend to me but she refused maybe bcs am not not black American..Niya is so rude and unprofessional..we have been coming back and forth for almost two months just because we want to rent an apartment..this is unfair and wickedness.. I Urge applicants to stop coming here..they have nothing to offer..Niya and her colleague are time waster..

These apartments have no structure, professionalism, nor cleanliness. I moved in earlier this year & my unit was a rush job as far as they doing what’s needed before moving in. Everyday since the day I moved in I’m calling about something broke or needs to be fixed! The walls are so thin I can hear the unit above me turning Netflix on their tv, I reported but they do nothing about it . These apartments are infested with mice & roaches, I keep my unit clean and organized, but that doesn’t make a difference. Bombing doesn’t help because it runs to the next unit, then comes back. I also asked for hardwood floor via the website you have a optional choice of hardwood floor or carpet, but never mentions a $30 extra fee until you receive your lease. The parking lot claims you need to have a parking permit, but have all types of people just parking there. Marvin is the upmost disrespectful & Messy person I have met thus far and I will be going above to report him. In Addition, why have a key to the building door if there’s a public code that everyone uses to get into the building causing extra traffic and problems to the people who actually lives here. It’s cheap, but it’s the worth the money I highly recommend not to live in these apartments!!!!
