The UPS Store

Mika and her team are simply AMAZING. They accomplished what seemed impossible. Though I hope that folks will do their best to give this team plenty of time and notice, when I didn't and I didn't have any other options they figured it out for me . I came to DC to deliver an important document to members of Congress. I landed on Thursday night and am flying out Saturday morning. After delays in the editing process, mid afternoon today (Friday) I went to this UPS store feeling frankly desperate. Instead of telling me sorry but... (which would have been a completely reasonable response) they made a completely over-and-above the call-of-duty effort to get the printing done, strapled and packaged. I got everything to Congress in time and it made my entire trip worthwhile . Without their help, I wouldn't be celebrating a worthwhile trip to the nation's Capitol. Now, I went to this UPS Store because my mother who lives in DC told me that she has had nothing but positive experiences there. So this is not a fluke. These people are excellent to work with. I am forever grateful!

I have used this store for shipping, returns, passport photos, printing, faxing and notory service and they have alwats been great. The owner and her staff are always smiling and friendly. Customer service is on point!!

Tamika was incredibly helpful with advice and logistics to move boxes and some furniture across country. She was cheery even on a hot summer Sunday afternoon.
