We have had such a great experience with STEM over the past 3+ years. The school is wonderfully run, with great communication from teachers and staff alike. There's a lesson plan for each week with a theme that includes books, art projects, science experiments, counting, letters, fine motor skills, etc., along with Spanish twice per week. Plus, the kids have a lot of fun. Our children have thrived there, and it has prepared them well for DCPS.

The staff here are very attentive, and go out of their way to make sure the children are well. I come to the playground across from the school often, and there are so many children you could never know what child is with whom. However the staff at the school do not have many children so they are very engaging and like Ive mentioned is very attentive. If my children were younger I would definitely enroll them. I have 6 children aging from 21-4. By the way the staff are never in their phones however I do see personal Nannies on their phones.

Friendly staff, family and kind director. Absolutely love how involved the teachers are outdoors. I especially enjoyed this pass summer schedule. Bubbles, chalk, music and snacks brought out for the littles to enjoy was sweet indeed. Being part of the fun and creating a memorable experience and helping our tiny humans build excitement about learning.
