        Grateful for my serendipitous discovery of Capital Clubhouse. I have been struggling managing my mental health. This is a place I can come to and feel safe. The support and encouragement here is healing. I encourage all who may be suffering alone to come check us out.

        Im Glad I have a safe place to go and fellowship with others it truly helps me get through my week/ its also such a good feeling to have people who care about me and check-in with me daily. here is a picture of one of the many delicious meals made at the clubhouse
