Shout out to their financial department for helping me big time when my insurance messed around. However, the therapist I was assigned seemed to get inevitably frustrated with me and then dropped me without any warning or communication. We had a session one day and he never scheduled a follow up and never emailed me again. I felt left in the dust, but I guess not everyone is meant for therapy (I tried it, Ill deal with my mess on my own I guess) and not every therapist is meant to help everyone (even though I was assured he was one of their best and most helpful).
