Awesome staff and I never wait! I always love going there

Receptionists blasting trashy daytime TV with no regard for the patients waiting who might well prefer something quiet and soothing. Really disrespectful. I have no idea why the office manager doesn't put a stop to that. Also the place is notorious for making people wait.

I arrived for my appointment at 1:08 pm, which was scheduled for 1:15 pm. After changing and waiting for the technician to call me, three more patients that arrived after me, were seen before me. I ended up waiting for 50 minutes before the technician finally attended to me as a last patient. During this wait, I went to the reception to inquire why those patients who arrived after me were being seen first. Unfortunately, the head of reception, Danni, was extremely rude, rolling her eyes and shouting at me. She insisted that I was patient #4 and told me to either wait or reschedule because others were scheduled before me. This didn't make sense to me since I arrived before them. She continued yelling, claiming they were scheduled earlier, so they had priority.
In my understanding, the usual procedure is that if a patient is late, they are penalized with a longer wait time. However, it does not seem to be the practice here: some of the patients seen before me were late by 30 minutes, yet I had to bear the consequences of their tardiness by waiting longer.
Despite this VERY unpleasant encounter with Danni, I had a positive experience with the rest of the team, including the technician, doctor, and nurse. However, it was evident that Danni's behavior made her reception colleagues uneasy, which I felt sorry for. Overall, while I appreciate the professionalism of the medical staff, I hope for BIG improvement in the reception's customer service, particularly regarding Danni's RUDE attitude.

The staff has been great. But I wish staff would be trained to be considerate of older patients: speak loudly. When the techs call a patient back, they barely step into the waiting room where not every can see them. They announce the name very quietly. This a small thing that could make a great deal of difference for clients. Its also plain common curiously. Admin: you need to step up your process and training.
