Had an X-ray done on Feb 22 for a post-surgical follow up appointment on Feb 27 (the X-ray needed to be taken close to the appointment date, but based on my experience with other providers, I was sure to give several days' breadth). The report was not completed until at least March 6, nearly two weeks later. I did not receive notification of the report's completion until March 13. The report did not include necessary information. My surgeon, the referring physician, never received the images nor report. I called repeatedly asking for the status of my images and was continually forwarded to different departments. Finally, I was asked to submit an additional release form for my own medical records before they would make a physical copy, in CD format, of my images available to me. The images appear blurry.

Worst experience ever: Radiology and Medical Records. They never sent the Images to me nor my doctor, so I had to do it all over and paying out of pocket and I lost my international flight. The lack of efficiency and poor professionalism cost me a lot of money, stress, headaches and worries and extra tests. They were rude, unfriendly and almost bitter over the phone. Horrible customer service. I will never go there again if I can avoid it. Awful experience and very expensive. So sad and disappointing.

hurt my foot at work on Friday, December 9, and went in for an exam on Thursday, December 15. The clinic doctor gave me crutches and a referral for an X-ray. I went immediately to Howard University Hospital and had an X-ray done. I was told I would know the results Monday. It is now Wednesday, December 21 and only after repeated calls to both offices over the last severs days (most of which went unanswered) the Allcare clinic finally has the results. Unfortunately, they wont share the results with me over the phone and the doctor wont upload them to the portal until she comes in again (and the clinic says they have no way to call her). During all this time, I am unable to work because my job requires I be constantly standing.
