The Beacon Hotel & Corporate Quarters

Booking service advertised $161 per night but after fees and hidden charges it was $224.57!! . Only one elevator for guests. Another one was broken and looked like it has been a long time since it worked. Homeless camp right next to the valet parking lot. $29 resort fee buried in the fine print wasnt explained and I didnt use any of these amenities. There was no food option as the attached restaurant has been closed for 2 years. $50 charge for valet parking - and the lot is 20ft from the front door in an unsecured lot! Staff were very brusk. Some rooms had a strong smell of tobacco or marijuana smoke. They wanted to charge $80 for a late check out!! Definitely not a good business hotel or for tourists. NOT a 4 star hotel!!! Would not recommend to anyone.

You have to search for parking yourself. Parking that hotel is offering is $50/day. No dining area. Overall okay housing condition

i went there with my dad and we had very good experience, just know that the elevator needs the hotel card and you swipe it to work. the hotel room was amazing and there was very good customer service and i even got to see the underground parking lot. so if u are going to washington dc capital of us pick this hotel!!! IT IS ALSO VERY CLOSE TO WHITE HOUSE!!!!
