I was unable to visit this dentist and thank you, God. I scheduled a first time appt with Dr. Smith and his attitude was carless as 🐕 urinating. This business is unprofessional because the Doctor's nonchalant/sarcastic tone of voice as his remarks were, "Its a good idea to cancel the appointment."
I called in TWO HOURS EARLY to "confirm", no thanks to your appt. reminder system. He continued to explain that If I am late, I might as well not come in. Listen, I AM NOT YOUR EMPLOYEEEEEEEEE. I AM A POTENTIAL PATIENT FOR A PROFESSIONALLY SKILLED AND RESPECTFUL DENTIST. No, thank you.
**Your attitude can exude work ethic, timely remarks, intelligence..etc. Can you work effectively under pressure? Who's next in the chair..??
