Dr. Pierre L. Palian, DDS

Absolutely excellent dentistry office. I did Invisalign with Dr. Palian, as well as regular cleanings. My cleanings were always a breeze -- Dr. Palian and his staff are thorough and experienced professionals who talk to and care about their clients. The Invisalign treatment was great as well. No surprises, and Dr. Palian's office was great about communicating timelines, etc. The front-office / managerial staff at the office are fantastic as well. I've come to expect the norm for dental offices (or any medical office, really) to be issues with billing / insurance, appointment mixups or delays, staff who forget things, etc. Dr. Palian's office is the opposite end of the spectrum. They're always very organized, and very accommodating. For example, I moved out of state after completing my Invisalign treatment, and Dr. Palian's office took the time to order another pair of retainers for me, and have them shipped to my new address. In a sea of businesses who treat everyone like a faceless customer, Dr. Palian's office stands out as a business that cares about their patients, and tries hard to cultivate an excellent reputation. I realize that this review is gushing, but I do feel that they've earned it, and deserve the praise.

A friend recommended Dr. Palian when I moved to DC. Dr. Palian has great bed-side manners, and a calming presence about him, he is attentive, thoughtful and careful. He never tries to "up-sell", and focuses on the patient and the care that a patient would need. I can't be happier!
