    Recommend NOT use! My AC stopped working...on the plus side they showed up promptly. I suggested hopefully something simple like a capacitor. After going outside they said they needed to order a board from the manufacturer. Week later first said couldn't come back due to rain (wasn't raining in my area) then next day never showed after several calls said couldn't come. Then told me to get another company to help me. After back and forth I did just that and lo and behold the issue WAS a simple capacitor AC works fine. Do Not Use Service: Repair AC

    These guys are inept and dishonest. They installed a wireless thermostat including a circuit board that facilitates communication between the thermostat and HVAC unit. A year later my system went down. John came and and told me that a part failed and he was not optimistic he could replace it as the system is old. After several weeks and no follow up I had a friend come over and diagnose the problem. Turns out the part that failed was the very part John installed a year ago. I ordered the part on Amazon and it arrived two days later. $60 and back up and running. So either John is simply inept and fails to communicate, or perhaps had the strategy to wear me down and try to sell me a new system. By the way, I had an active annual service contract with these people and was told I would get priority service. They are simply terrible . Stay away! Service: Repair AC

    I don't like that they don't show up, mislead customer, or stand behind the product line they sell. They installed a Fujitsu mini-split system in our upstairs studio. It worked very well for several years until it didn't. We called them for a service call. They came out and took a look and ordered the part it required. When the part came in, they came out to install it. Turned out that they'd ordered the wrong part. Mistales happen, we understand that. They set up two appointments to bring out the correct part, but resceduled them, pushing the appointments later in the day. The second time they went so far as to tell us that someone was on the way when no one was. Their technician never showed up or called. When I called the office back, the office was closed, but the answering service picked up and I left a message with them twice. The woman answering said she paged Bob and gave him my phone number to call. Bob never called. We were in the process ot selling our home and this created a major issue as we were closing on our house and this item was on our contract list to be fixed.The Fujitsu mini split was only serviced by two other repair people in the area and there was not enough time for them to order the part. I don't know what is wrong with this company, if they are overwhelmed with too much business, inefficient or just don't care. Whatever it is, I suggest you do business with a company that has enough respect for you. the consumer not to lie to you.

    Had a prepaid service contract with top notch to service ac and set up meeting with them to do annual ac checkup. I waited the allotted 4 hours (8-12noon) for them to show. Called around 10:30 was told the would be there before noon and I asked them to call when coming. Called again at 12:50. I told them No show and no call and she was polite and contacted the owner and she called me back. Offered to come the next day and a free contract for next year. No thanks. 2 stars only because the customer service rep was trying to rectify the no show. I understand things happen, but a simple 1 minute phone call would have been appreciated.

    Top Notch was hired by Larry Chapman Builders/Construction to install a new HVAC system in 2013/2014. They installed a small Nordyne unit upstairs and a Goodman unit outside. The outside unit had a 60 piston instead of 70. The inside unit looked used in my opinion and was smaller than it should have been. In my opinion they took short cuts which resulted in poor work quality. When we looked for the business in Lewes and asked another professional business about Top Notch, we were told “Good Luck with that”! Buyer Beware!!!
